Co-Founder & Executive Director

Jeannine partners with senior leaders and organizations to build sustainable, high-performing cultures by helping them manage pressure, people, and pace—so success doesn’t turn into burnout.

Jeannine has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Alabama State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University Robinson Collge.

Renea J Pierre

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Renea is a strategic leader and community- builder committed to advancing women’s executive influence through trusted connection, purposeful programming, and legacy-driven leadership. Renea has expertise in fundraising and development in the not-for-profit industry.


Renea has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State Univesity, Robinson College.

Danielle Berg

Danielle Berg is the Founder and CEO of Evolve Partners and a nationally recognized growth, marketing, and communications executive. She advises organizations on brand strategy, client experience, and high-performance leadership, drawing on executive leadership experience at Aprio, The Hackett Group, and IBM Global Services. She holds degrees from Boston College and Seton Hall University and is a certified executive coach.

Dana L. Cox

Dana L. Cox is the Vice President of Product Management and Development at DreamFi and former Senior Vice President of Global Delivery Enablement at Mastercard. She is recognized for building scalable operating models, strengthening execution, and leading cross-functional teams through growth and transformation. Dana is an author, professional speaker, and Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Upper Iowa University.

Jodi Kohler

Jodi Crawford Kohler is the CEO of Prescient Solutions, a private equity-backed IT managed services platform. A seasoned executive and board-level leader, she has extensive experience leading growth, acquisitions, and strategic expansion across private equity-backed B2B companies, including as former CEO of Performance Systems Integration (PSI). Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts/Management Studies and an MBA from Georgia State University, J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Jackie Martin

Jackie Martin is the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Impact at Toast. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, she has led enterprise talent strategy, recruiting, and inclusion initiatives for organizations including General Mills, Kimberly-Clark, Cox Automotive, and PwC. Jackie holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Tomika Bullet

Tomika Bullet, CPA, is the Principal of Tax Controversy at Windham Brannon with more than 20 years of experience in tax, audit, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Windham Brannon, she spent over 14 years with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), specializing in partnership, corporate, and high-net-worth individual examinations. Tomika holds a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tuskegee University.

Justin Butler

Justin A. Butler is the Chief Risk Officer at Belvedere Risk Management, where he advises high-net-worth families on enterprise risk and wealth protection. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Bremer Bank and held senior risk leadership roles at Wells Fargo. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Louis University, an Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the NACD Directorship Certification.

Katie Patel

Katie Patel is the U.S. Diversity Talent Acquisition Leader at PwC, where she has spent more than 23 years building executive recruiting strategies and leadership pipelines that strengthen representation and long-term talent outcomes. She is a recognized leader in public accounting, partnering with universities, professional associations, and state CPA societies to advance the profession. Katie is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Daniel Worrell

Daniel E. Worrell is the Head of Less Complex Foreign Banking Organizations at the Federal Reserve Bank, where he leads non-financial risk oversight across compliance, cyber/IT, operational risk, internal audit, and third-party risk for large financial institutions. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Medgar Evers College (CUNY), a Master of Public Administration from Marist University, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).

Janet Pope

Janet Pope is the Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility for North America at Capgemini. She leads workforce engagement and inclusion strategies that align business objectives with social impact, sustainability, and employee engagement. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University, and a Diversity Management certification from the University of Houston.
