Forje is designed for women serving in executive leadership roles across corporate, nonprofit, government, higher education, and entrepreneurial organizations. Our members are decision-makers, strategic leaders, and women preparing for greater executive responsibility.
Is Forje a networking organization?
No. Relationships are built naturally, but Forje is much more than networking. Our focus is meaningful executive conversations, strategic thinking, leadership growth, and a trusted community where women help shape the future of leadership and business.

How much does membership cost?
Annual membership is $2,250 and includes year-round access to member programming, executive experiences, assessments, resources, and exclusive opportunities.

Our signature experiences include Executive Roundtables, The Wealth Table, The Pivot, the State of the Women Executive Address, networking experiences, retreats, and other exclusive member events throughout the year.
